Join Our Culinary Team: Sales Advisor Position at ProCook Guildford Store

We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Advisors to join our team across various locations. Role Overview:
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and helping our customers discover the best kitchen essentials to suit their culinary needs. You will play an integral role in maintaining the store's welcoming atmosphere and achieving sales targets.
We are recruiting for 2 x part-time roles - 20hrs/week. These will be temporary positions until January 2026.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product knowledge and advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Demonstrate effective selling techniques to drive sales performance.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
• Process transactions accurately and handle customer queries or complaints efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and create a positive shopping experience.

Requirements:
What We Are Looking For:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in kitchenware, cooking, and baking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holiday hours if required.
