We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join our friendly team in Kettering, managing and organising our busy warehouse-based shop.
Salary: 26,500 + bonus
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

About the Role
This is a hands-on role with full responsibility for running a warehouse-based shop. You will manage daily activity within the warehouse environment, maintain product displays, support customers, and help drive sales.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident, and self?motivated, with the ability to work independently while ensuring the shop operates smoothly and efficiently. As the role involves regular handling of stock, a good level of physical fitness is essential.
You will also play a key part in developing new customer relationships and growing sales across all product groups.
Key Responsibilities

• Managing and organising the warehouse-based shop
• Selling goods directly to the public from the shop display
• Ensuring all merchandise is correctly labelled, well-presented, and stored safely
• Providing excellent service in line with our Customer Service Policy
• Handling stock, including lifting, moving, and restocking items
• Delivering goods to site when required
• Assisting with loading and unloading vehicles
• Completing warehouse administration and housekeeping duties
• Ensuring merchandise and warehouse security
• Maintaining high health and safety standards at all times

Key Requirements

• Comfortable working independently in a warehouse environment
• Good physical fitness due to the manual-handling nature of the role
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent organisational ability with accuracy and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to undertake Forklift Truck training
• Ability to work efficiently and safely under pressure
