Join the ambitious team at RAINEY MAPAL, an industry-leading tool supplier and manufacturer based in Lisburn, Northern Ireland

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with CNC metal cutting experience, to work with us in a Sales & Applications role covering a number of existing aerospace & automotive customers in Northern Ireland as well as searching out new business opportunities. This individual will work closely with the team at RAINEY MAPAL in Lisburn and the MAPAL UK office in Rugby.

Responsibilities:

Developing and optimising job processes and for increased efficiency. Sourcing technical information as needed and providing expert technical advice. Developing new business. Ensuring quality control and troubleshooting when necessary. Setting up and running trials on new tooling. Collaborating closely with our technical team to custom machine parts and show improvements for clients. Generating technical quotations as required, including manufacturing or machining techniques for specific jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

? Supports and grows business at existing customers
? Developing new business and opportunities
? Working remotely in Northern Ireland visiting customers
? Communicating and collaborating with our Area Sales Manager and internal teams in Lisburn
? Importance of good customer service skills

The ideal candidate for this role possesses:

? An apprenticeship in Mechanical Manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
? 2-3 years' experience as a CNC programmer (preferred but not essential)
? Proficiency in design software such as CAD / CAM (preferred but not essential)
? Based in Northern Ireland
? A team spirit and good communication skills dealing with both customers and colleagues.
? A valid driver's licence
