motivated Business Development Manager
to help grow our presence and manage customer relationships - while also taking on a
leadership role managing a small team

The Role
As ThinK Wines new BDM, you will:
Manage and grow a small sales/support team
Drive new business from both new and existing clients
Build long-term relationships with wholesale and hospitality accounts
Work closely with the Director and Marketing teams
Take ownership of your calendar, leads, and CRM
Be hands-on, proactive, and self-motivated
Represent the brand at events and tastings
Key Responsibilities
Hit monthly sales targets (wholesale, events, and business to business)
Develop and lead a small team to support business development
Approach hospitality venues to generate new accounts
Manage all new leads via our CRM system and maintain strong calendar discipline
Deliver and pack wine orders when needed (company van provided)
Organise and host wine tastings and promotional events
Attend and sell at
indoor and outdoor events
, including:
Food & drink festivals
Outdoor hospitality and networking events
Private/corporate events
Use social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to promote the brand and connect with influencers
Attend weekly team meetings and business coaching sessions
Flexibility for
evening and weekend work
(with time in lieu)
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' sales experience (preferred but not required)
Confident in client-facing roles and cold outreach
Excellent verbal and written communication
Natural relationship builder with a proactive mindset
Self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Someone eager to grow within the business and build a team around them
Creative thinker who loves events and engaging with people
Full UK Driving Licence (essential - company van provided)
