Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that align with business goals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on long-term relationships.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Lead project management initiatives related to business development efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development in the food waste industry or a related field, with a strong track record in sales.
Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage customer relationships effectively.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Solid understanding of strategic planning processes and marketing principles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
