Colony is Manchester's leading network of flexible workspaces, designed for businesses of all sizes to connect, collaborate, and grow. With a strong reputation for community, design, and service, we're now looking for a Sales and Content Executive to join our sales team.
This is a customer-facing role with a dual focus: supporting the sales team in engaging prospective tenants and partners, while driving content creation that reflects Colony's brand, community, and spaces. You'll work closely with both the sales and marketing teams--making sure your output aligns with the overall brand strategy, planned campaigns, and upcoming building launches, events, and activities.
The Role
As Sales and Content Executive, you'll play a central role in presenting Colony to the outside world. From leading workspace tours and managing broker relationships to capturing the energy of an event through video, your work will help attract new members and showcase what makes Colony unique.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Marketing Collaboration

Create high-quality content. Photography, video, and copy that showcases Colony's spaces, events, and community.
Edit and deliver content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to grow Colony's B2B presence.
Ensure all content and messaging aligns with Colony's overall brand strategy, tone of voice, and marketing calendar.
Collaborate with the marketing team on upcoming launches, campaigns, and events to ensure activity is joined-up.
Keep listings, availability, and sales materials accurate and up to date.
Sales, Admin & Customer Engagement
Manage the main enquiry inbox, fielding enquiries to the relevant team / member of staff
Where required, assist with tours of Colony spaces, ensuring an excellent customer experience and expert product knowledge
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agents, keeping them informed of current availability.
Support the sales team in the admin of creating leases, head of terms and other relevant documents
About You
(Essential)
Confident and personable, with strong communication skills for both sales conversations and content creation.
Comfortable in a customer-facing environment, able to build rapport quickly and represent Colony professionally.
Skilled in photography, video capture, and editing, with an eye for storytelling.
Social media savvy, especially with LinkedIn and Instagram in a professional/B2B context.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
(Desirable)
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or content creation is highly desirable, but creativity and energy are equally as important.
Experienced with Adobe Creative Suites, particularly Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Lightroom.
Experienced using a DSLR or Mirrorless Camera, such as the Panasonic GH5 or similar.
Experienced using video editing tools such as Instagram Edits & Cap Cut.
Familiarity with cross platform social content specifications.
