We are looking for an outgoing and responsible individual to join our internal team as a Sales and Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service, problem solving and communication skills, as well as a strong sense of responsibility to meet both internal and external deadlines. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer calls, data processing, providing advice and assistance to both customers and colleagues, as well as maintaining high levels of customer care.
Job and Duties
Responsible for ensuring that orders placed travel quickly and smoothly through our internal systems, ready for picking and packing by our logistics team
Communicates with customers via telephone and email to assist with their enquiries
Communicates brand and product knowledge to customers in an easy-to-understand way
Helps customers struggling to use/understand products they have purchased
Resolves customer complaints in a positive way for both the customer and for Haus wherever possible, mediating and reporting to Sales Manager where necessary
Provides mentorship, guidance, cover and assistance for fellow Sales Administrator colleagues
Keeps the Sales Manager informed of their progress through regular catch-ups and reviews
Maintains professional knowledge by attending brand and product training sessions
Administrator/Customer Service Skills And Qualifications
Essential skills -
2 Years Experience in a Customer Service and/or Administration role (both B2B and B2C)
5 x GCSEs (Grade C/Grade 4 or above)
Good command of written and spoken English
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience working in the housewares industry
