We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a variety of events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver a wide variety of events including corporate functions, live gigs, weddings and private celebrations
Act as a key point of contact for clients from initial enquiry through to event delivery
Conduct client show-arounds and venue tours, showcasing the space and its capabilities
Prepare, raise and manage event invoices, quotes and contracts
Proactively generate new business, following up leads and identifying opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and local partners
Liaise with clients, suppliers, artists, production teams and internal departments
Oversee room set-ups, dressing rooms, event styling and breakdowns
Coordinate food and beverage service in collaboration with catering teams
Ensure all events run smoothly, on time and to the highest standard
Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and calmly during live events
Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all aspects of event delivery
Ensure health & safety and venue procedures are adhered to at all times
This is a hands-on role requiring regular movement throughout the venue
Involves lifting, moving and setting up furniture and equipment for events
Requires being on your feet for extended periods, particularly during live events
Assisting with event set-up and breakdown as part of the wider team
