Sales and Finance Administrator
to support our growing sales team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Role Overview
This is a varied, customer-focused admin role at the heart of the dealership. You'll handle everything from vehicle paperwork to finance documents and extended warranty registration. If you're great with detail, confident on the phone, and enjoy working in a busy environment, this could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
Prepare sales packs and paperwork for vehicle handovers.
Finalise and file completed sales documentation once handover is complete.
Input new vehicle stock into internal systems
Maintain and track vehicle prep schedules.
Register vehicles to new owners and complete DVLA paperwork.
Carry out HPI checks and process part exchange appraisals.
Liaise with the service team regarding pre-sale prep work, outstanding repairs and warranty-related jobs.
Keep records of service history, repair work and communications.
Finance Administration
Process deposits and payments for vehicle sales.
Complete and process all finance applications and documentation
, working closely with the Sales Executive to ensure accuracy and compliance
Register extended warranties and any applicable guarantees.
Liaise with finance providers and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
What We're Looking For
Strong admin background, ideally in automotive or another customer-focused industry.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Comfortable using CRM or dealership systems -- training will be provided if needed* Friendly and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
Able to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure.
Works well independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
