Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales & Lettings Manager to oversee our property Sales & lettings operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Sales & lettings team, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maximising rental income. This role requires strong administrative and organisational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Sales & lettings team to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of service. Oversee the entire Sales & lettings process from marketing properties to negotiating offers and finalising contracts. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants. Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Build and maintain strong relationships with Vendors, buyers, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants. Handle buyers & tenants enquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the buying or tenancy period. Prepare regular reports on market trends, occupancy rates, and team performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Sales, lettings or property management role is essential. Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients and team members. Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with a diverse clientele. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Knowledge of relevant property legislation and regulations is desirable.
