We are looking for a Sales & Lettings Manager to join our small but highly committed and professional, independent Estate Agency in Market Weighton. In this role, you will manage property sales and lettings, handling everything from viewings to closing deals and processing sales. You'll be key in building relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants while providing exceptional service. We're looking for an individual who is self-motivated and whose main focus is on customer care above everything else.
What you'll be doing
Sales & Lettings: Manage the full process for both sales and lettings, including property valuations, marketing, viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
Negotiation: Negotiate sales prices and rental terms between clients, securing the best outcomes
Client Management: Build strong client relationships, offering expert advice and regular updates throughout the transaction process
Marketing: Market properties with high-quality photos and accurate descriptions for market listings, and manage the marketing of properties via listings, social media, and property portals to attract potential buyers and tenants
Progression & Compliance: Ensure smooth transactions by liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other relevant third parties

What you will have
Minimum three years experience in a property sales and lettings position
Strong negotiation and customer service skills with a client-focused approach
Proficiency in using Alto CRM, referencing and property listing internet portals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently
Knowledge of local property market and regulations
Resilience, positivity, and ability to work independently and as part of a small team
High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle with business mileage insurance
