Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic
Lead, Sales & Marketing
to spearhead our go-to-market efforts and drive revenue growth. This is a crucial, hands-on leadership role for a professional who is equally comfortable crafting a marketing strategy as they are closing a deal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our sales and marketing strategies, building our initial customer base, and establishing Holotwins as a leader in the digital twin space. You will be instrumental in defining our market position and scaling our commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market penetration goals.
Define Holotwins' value proposition, brand identity, and market positioning to differentiate us from competitors.
Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, acting as a player-coach to build and mentor a future sales team.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target key accounts and strategic partnerships in our target industries (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing).
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, utilizing a CRM to track progress and report on key metrics.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value of our digital twin solutions.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Marketing & Demand Generation:
Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, and public relations.
Develop and manage campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and refine our messaging.
Manage the marketing budget and measure the ROI of marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the product and engineering teams to provide market feedback and help shape the product roadmap.
Collaborate with the finance team to develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and compensation plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of combined experience in B2B sales and marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior role.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a technology or SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of the digital twin market, IoT, or a related technology sector is a significant plus.
Experience with the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
