Job Summary:



We are seeking an energetic

Sales and Marketing Manager

to join our small and friendly team to drive the success of student rental properties. This role combines strategic marketing with hands-on sales management to attract tenants, develop landlord relationships, and enhance brand visibility in the student accommodation sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development:

Actively promote and sell student rental properties while onboarding new landlords to expand the portfolio.

Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to maximise engagement.

Social Media & Brand Awareness:

Manage social media channels, create compelling content, and run advertising campaigns to attract student tenants.

Market Analysis:

Conduct research on student housing trends, pricing, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Client Relationship Management:

Build strong connections with landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.

Events & Outreach:

Organise promotional events, collaborate with the university, colleges, and network within student communities to generate leads.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all tenancy agreements and marketing materials meet regulatory standards.

Team Leadership:

Train and mentor junior staff to improve sales and marketing performance.

Skills & Experience Required:



Experience in Sales and Marketing. Experience in Lettings or Property is desirable but not essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising. Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. A proactive, target-driven approach with excellent problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is an advantage. Highly proficient with IT software including MS applications including outlook, Excel and Word
