Sales and Marketing Manager

Your Responsibilities:



Lead and Inspire:

Manage, mentor, and motivate our talented sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving ambitious targets.

Drive Performance:

Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, implementing strategies to ensure continuous improvement and goal attainment.

Fuel the Pipeline:

Strategically generate high-quality leads for the sales team through innovative marketing campaigns and targeted outreach efforts.

Impact the Bottom Line:

Directly contribute to sales by identifying new opportunities, nurturing key accounts, and ensuring effective conversion of leads into revenue. Your efforts will directly impact our financial growth.

Market Maestro:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand, attract new customers, and support sales initiatives.

Strategic Growth:

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and adapt our sales and marketing approaches accordingly.

Collaborate for Success:

Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and overall business objectives.

What We Are Looking For:



A proven leader with a strong track record in sales and marketing management. Experienced in setting and achieving sales KPIs, and in motivating a team to consistently meet targets. A master of lead generation, with a creative approach to filling the sales funnel. Highly results-oriented, with a clear understanding of how sales and marketing contribute to overall business profitability. An excellent communicator and negotiator, adept at building strong relationships and closing deals. Able to lead by example. Data-driven and analytical, able to interpret market insights and sales metrics. Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
