We are currently recruiting Sale and Marketing / Revenue Manager for our upcoming Aparthotel Group in London.
As our Sales and Marketing / Revenue Manager, you'll be at the heart of the financial future of our Aparthotel brand. Reporting directly to the Director, you'll take the lead on sales and marketing, strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis - all with the goal of driving growth across our diverse portfolio.
Salary:
Starting from 45K depending on experience
Your Impact as Sales and Marketing / Revenue Manager:
Optimise demand from all revenue streams, segments and channels based on total revenue and profit generation.
Assess the various demand profiles across each day of the year, identifying risk and opportunities to maximise RevPAR, RevPAM and TRevPAR.
Co-ordinate activities with Sales, Brand Marketing & Digital Marketing, Planning & Hotel Operations to define, implement and measure all commercial strategies.
Have an innovative approach towards business development and creating long-term value for our Group from our guests, markets and relationships.
Provide support and/or training to other staff when required.
About You:
You bring 2+ years' experience in a revenue-focused role.
Background in hospitality and sales and marketing.
You're a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
Passionate about data, trends, and creating value through insight.
