About the Role



This is a hybrid position spanning marketing, sales support, and operations administration--with a strong emphasis on creativity and brand-building. You'll play a key part in how we communicate with clients, promote our business, and keep our internal processes running smoothly.

As our business continues to grow, this role will evolve with you. We're looking for someone who's excited to take ownership, contribute ideas, and shape the future of our marketing and communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities



Support the Sales team by following up on quotes, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records. Assist Project Managers with coordinating schedules, documentation, and project timelines to ensure smooth and successful delivery. Act as a friendly and reliable liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service. Take responsibility for marketing activities, including managing and growing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and helping to build brand awareness. Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate and organised record?keeping. Provide general administrative support across both Sales and Operations teams.
