to support commercial and operational objectives through customer reporting, stock forecasting, and pricing coordination. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and accurate data for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute weekly polymer index pricing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Generate and issue customised customer reports covering spend, usage, delivery performance, and sustainability data.
Support the Sales Administration team with regular customer usage and performance reporting.
Collaborate with the Product Development (PD) team to maintain accurate customer pricing structures.
Coordinate multi-process finished goods, ensuring alignment of pricing and production between planning, print, and conversion departments.
Manage merchanted and imported goods from intercompany suppliers, maintaining close communication with customers to ensure accurate stock forecasts and inventory levels.
Carry out additional administrative duties as required to support the wider business.
About You
Previous administration experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential) and accounting software (Sage/Xero).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
