**Key Responsibilities:** As a Sales Assistant, you'll be involved in two key areas: Customer Service and Stock Management. **Customer Service Role:** - Greet and welcome customers with warmth and friendliness. - Provide outstanding customer service, exemplifying a can-do spirit. - Process transactions accurately through the till. - Upsell products, introduce alternatives, and promote our Loyalty program. - Manage customer queues efficiently for an enjoyable shopping experience. - Collaborate with your team and management to achieve targets. - Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies for a secure working environment. **Delivery / Stock / Replenishment Role:** - Process deliveries and maintain an organized stockroom. - Keep shop floor fixtures well-stocked and visually appealing. - Communicate stock levels and sales opportunities effectively with management. - Heavy Lifting **Requirements:** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Team player with the ability to foster positive working relationships. - Commitment to working hours and achieving team goals.
