At 0.0 Associates LTD, we are looking for a proactive, customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience, driving sales, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the products they're looking for in our store.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Actively maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products and actively engage with customers to discuss and advise on features and benefits.
- Previous sales experience, ideally in a retail environment, would be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in English.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
