Duties



Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and guiding them through product or service options with enthusiasm and professionalism Support the sales process by assisting customers with product selections, processing transactions accurately, and upselling where appropriate to maximize sales opportunities Maintain an organized and welcoming sales environment, ensuring displays are tidy and stock levels are monitored regularly Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, updating customer records, managing appointment schedules, and processing orders efficiently Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team atmosphere Respond promptly to customer feedback or concerns, resolving issues effectively to ensure satisfaction Respond to all admin emails.

Qualifications



Proven experience in customer service or retail sales environments is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing administrative duties effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft windows, Excel or point-of-sale systems A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning new skills and products Previous experience in sales or administrative roles will be considered an advantage
