We are currently in search of a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative/Receptionist to join the Dr Elif Clinic team based in Harley Street. In this role, you will be instrumental in propelling the growth and success of our business by upselling treatments and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Engaging in meaningful conversations to discern their needs and preferences. Educate leads about our comprehensive range of aesthetic services, treatments, procedures, and courses, emphasizing the associated benefits and addressing any concerns. Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our clinic, customizing your approach based on each lead's specific requirements. Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions, appointments, and follow-ups using our CRM system. Collaborate closely with the clinic's marketing and operations teams to stay informed about the latest services, promotions, and offerings. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all leads, clients, and visitors. Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the aesthetics or healthcare industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, coupled with a genuine passion for assisting clients in achieving their aesthetic goals. High level of professionalism, representing the clinic's brand and values effectively. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed. Previous experience in front-of-house management or customer service is advantageous.
