We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development and Sales Executive to join the team at Security Services Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and promoting services across corporate sites, residential developments, construction projects, events, and K9 contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and acquire new clients for services including manned guarding, mobile patrols, K9 services, and event security
Conduct site visits and develop bespoke security proposals
Build and manage strong client relationships
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Attend networking events and industry meetings
Keep accurate records of all sales activities in CRM
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful service delivery
Travel within the region to meet clients and attend on-site meetings

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the security services industry
Strong knowledge of K9 security, corporate guarding, and mobile patrol solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Knowledge of the Greater Manchester commercial market
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
Legal right to work in the UK
