We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as
Sales & Business Development Support
. This role is central to driving enrollment in our beauty training programs, managing sales leads, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the academy. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, confident in sales follow-ups, and detail-oriented in administrative support.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Handle inbound inquiries (phone, email, social media) and follow up with potential students.
Proactively reach out to leads, nurture relationships, and close sales/enrollments.
Maintain and update the CRM system with lead and sales activity.
Assist in developing and executing sales campaigns to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Support business development initiatives, including partnerships, collaborations, and promotional activities.
Customer Relationship Management
Provide professional and friendly communication with prospective and existing students.
Answer queries about courses, schedules, and fees.
Ensure a smooth student enrollment process from inquiry to registration.
Collect and respond to feedback to enhance the student experience.
Administration Support
Prepare enrollment forms, invoices, and other documentation.
Maintain accurate records of student registrations and payments.
Support day-to-day office operations including scheduling, email management, and filing.
Assist in organizing training schedules and set ups
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive, friendly manner.
Organized and detail-oriented with good administrative skills.
Proficiency in Google workspace, MS Office and CRM systems.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
This is a part time position 16hours per week with flexibility and potential for additional hours as the role develops.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 per week
