As a Sales and Business Development Executive at Back to Balance, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building partnerships, and expanding our market presence in the bioresonance and microbiome testing sector. Your entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and passion for health and wellness will empower you to develop strategic relationships and educate clients about the benefits of our innovative testing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare practitioners, clinics, wellness centers, and corporate clients.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our bioresonance and microbiome testing services.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions for potential clients and partners.
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage customer inquiries, follow up, and provide exceptional after-sales support.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory developments to inform sales strategies.
Report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or healthcare-related roles, preferably within health tech, wellness, or medical testing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking abilities and a passion for health and wellness.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of bioresonance, microbiome testing, or alternative health modalities is a plus but not essential.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
