We're looking for a confident, detail-driven and people-focused
Sales Concierge
to join our growing operations team atSmile White
.In this key post-sale role, you'll ensure every new
aligner client
feels fully supported and satisfied, while helping us maintain FCA compliance and collect valuable feedback.What You'll Be Doing:
Finalise client onboarding and ensure all documentation is complete
Conduct post-sale satisfaction calls and confirm confidence in treatment
Check FCA compliance (training provided)
Collect Trustpilot reviews to showcase our service quality
Identify areas for process improvement and client experience enhancements
Keep clear, accurate CRM records and escalate any compliance concerns
What We're Looking For:
Experience in
customer service, compliance, or sales support
Healthcare or dental background is abonus
Strong communicator - clear, calm, and professional Detail-oriented, organised and confident with CRM systems Empathetic, client-first mindset with a high level of integrityWhy Join Smile White?
