The Opportunity
A leading environmental services organisation based in Buckinghamshire are seeking to recruit an outstanding Sales Consultant to join their team in Westcott.
As Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing quotes for waste management services, solving customer queries and complaints, processing orders and payments, generating new business, following up on leads, managing the tendering for new projects, and liaising with suppliers.
Additionally, the successful Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing the relationships our client has with potential and existing clients. This will include, conducting surveys to asses why new business has or hasn't been won as well as regularly contacting potential clients and meeting with prospective or existing clients in person on a monthly basis.
The successful Sales Consultant will, therefore, be confident in forming relationships with new people, over the telephone, email, and in person. You must be driven to bring on new business, manage accounts, and progress your career with the company accordingly.

Requirements

  • Experience of succeeding within a sales-based role
  • Passionate about relationship management and providing unrivalled customer service, via telephone, email and in person
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced telephone-based role
  • Driven to win new business and progress your career with our client
  • Proficient user of IT office packages including Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel and Word)
