About You:
Whilst you need not have prior experience in fine jewellery sales to join our Glasgow Showroom team, an enthusiasm for our products is highly advantageous along with your keenness to deliver high-end client journeys are essential. We value warm, engaging personalities and individuals looking to develop and succeed within one of the most trusted family-owned brands in the UK. If you thrive in customer facing environments and want to be a part of creating cherished moments, we can offer you an ideal career pathway. Our Glasgow Showroom team colleagues assist across 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.

Engage with our esteemed customers, providing them with the knowledge they need to choose pieces from our collection and enable them to make an informed purchase, while looking after their best interests.
You will create exceptional client experiences, with a discerning eye for fine jewellery and drive to achieve measurable success, you'll thrive in a team that values artistry, creativity, and connection.
Convey passion and strive to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.
Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of our products and our brand.
Cultivate strong, everlasting relationships. Attract new customers by responding to inbound lead enquiries, to qualify the jewellery needs of prospective customers.
Maintain an immaculate and inviting Showroom environment, ensuring an excellent presentation of our collections and showroom.
Showcase your entrepreneurial flair, aim to achieve team sales targets in line with store figures, being ever mindful of personal objectives.
Communicate to a high standard with colleagues and share any insights or feedback from the sales process.
Follow up with customers following their purchase for after-care queries or concerns.
Ensure personal responsibility for stock handling and product counts.
Attributes and Experience
A positive nature and passion for diamonds and fine jewellery.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to create business opportunities.
An ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients and our Laings team colleagues.
A strong customer focus and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain excellent standards of personal presentation and in-store behaviour appropriate to our Laings way of working values.
Able to work both as part of a team and by using your own initiative.
