Sales Controller / Assistant Sales Manager

30,500 pa, OTE 60,000 pa uncapped + car

5.5 days per week

Renault London West is looking for an experienced motor retail sales controller to join our busy dealership in Brentford (TW8). We're on the West Cross Way.

The role involves assisting the Sales Manager to implement used car sales policy.


You will be joining a Sales Team that prides itself on providing excellent customer care. Our large, lively showroom features used cars from the popular Renault and Dacia ranges. You will also be selling add-ons, e.g. finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans and other add-ons, all of which enhance your earnings.

What you'll bring

Experience in motor vehicle retail preferably with a main dealer Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to deliver outstanding customer service Determination to succeed and professionalism Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)

Working pattern

An average minimum of 45 hours per week working a 5.5-days week on a 2-week variable rota pattern. You will work 5 days one week and 6 days the following week, including Saturdays and Sundays as follows:

Monday to Friday, working between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Starting at 8.30am week 1 and 8am week 2. Saturdays, working from 8:30am to 5pm. Sundays, working from 10am to 4pm

In return we offer a basic salary of 30,500 per annum with uncapped commission (realistic OTE 60,000 pa) plus a company car.
