We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Sales & Customer Service Administrator to support day-to-day administrative operations while driving sales growth through excellent customer service, lead follow-up, and upselling. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys speaking with customers, and is motivated by targets and results.
You will be a key point of contact for customers, handling booking enquiries across phone, email, and online platforms, while ensuring all administrative processes are accurate, timely, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Bookings
Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms
Process bookings accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer journey
Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer support at all times
Resolve customer queries and issues promptly, escalating where necessary
Sales & Revenue Growth
Make outbound and inbound sales calls to convert enquiries into bookings
Upsell relevant products, services, and add-ons to maximise revenue
Follow up warm and cold leads to increase conversion rates
Proactively identify opportunities to increase average booking value
Administration & Systems
Maintain accurate customer records within CRM and booking systems
Manage inboxes, booking schedules, and sales pipelines
Produce basic sales and booking reports as required
Support wider administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Performance & KPIs
Work towards individual and team KPIs, including: Conversion rates, Revenue and upsell targets, Response times, Customer satisfaction
Take ownership of personal performance and continuously look for ways to improve results
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, or a similar role
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong written communication skills
Proven ability to upsell and close sales
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using IT systems, booking platforms, CRMs, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve targets
Desirable
Experience working with online booking systems or ticketing platforms
Background in leisure, hospitality, tourism, or events
Experience working in a KPI-driven or sales-focused environment
