Job Description

We are a fast-growing, fashion-focused manufacturing company supplying leading high-street retailer's for the last 25 years. We're looking for a Sales & Design Assistant to support our commercial and creative teams - and to play a vital role as the link between sales and production.

This is a unique opportunity to gain cross-functional experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting the full journey of a garment from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

Assist the sales team with preparation for client meetings and presentations Maintain and update line sheets, price lists, and client databases Coordinate sample deliveries, swatch requests and buyer follow-ups Help with order processing, tracking, strike offs and status updates Communicate directly with clients and ensure their requirements are understood internally
Design Assistance

Support the design team with trend research, CADs, and mood boards Help prepare tech packs, spec sheets, and factory-ready documentation Organise and manage fabric libraries, trims, and sample archives
Production Coordination

Act as a key point of communication between sales, design, and production teams Strike off approvals Track sample and bulk production timelines and flag any issues proactively Ensure all departments are aligned on client requirements, deadlines, and approvals

Ideal Candidate

Minimum of 2 years experience in the fashion manufacturing industry. Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills Ideally have experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Detail-oriented with a genuine interest in the design and manufacturing process A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
