What You'll Be Doing
Making outbound sales calls to UK-based SME's
Prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest
Building your own sales pipeline through consistent outreach
Managing prospects using our CRM system
Learning how to qualify prospects and develop deals
Working closely with experienced brokers to develop pitch strategy
What You'll Get
Base salary between 23,000 - 25,000
(DOE)

Working Hours & Benefits
Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 17:00
Friday: Early finish

Role Requirements
Strong communicator with confidence and energy
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Resilient and not afraid of cold calling or rejection
Able to commute to our Chichester office full-time
Previous sales or B2B experience is helpful but
not essential
Strong written and verbal English.
