Sales Development Representative (part Time, Remote)

Job Description

We are hiring for an SDR role (part-time/freelance, with an opportunity to progress to full-time) to join our dynamic and growing team at Yantle.

As a sales consulting company helping clients with outbound sales education, software, and hands-on implementation, we're currently seeing more demand from potential clients than we can handle.

Because of this, why we're looking for someone to join us, contribute meaningfully, and further develop their sales skills in a fast-growing environment.

Please note: most of our clients are based in the US - so occasionally it may be necessary to take calls at ~7-8pm BST to accommodate certain US time zones. However, the overall schedule is within BST business hours, flexible, you can choose your working hours!

Role & Responsibilities:



- Monitor and manage our sales team inbox with speed and accuracy, promptly replying to our leads

- Respond to incoming emails in a professional, timely, and brand-aligned manner

- Execute triage calls with prospects, i.e. conduct quick discovery sessions before passing qualified leads to our closers for deal negotiation and closing

- Follow up with leads, clients, or partners via email to ensure timely communication

- Keep the CRM up to date with accurate lead details, call notes, and next steps to maintain a clear and organized sales pipeline

Compensation



16-20 / hour (depending on experience) Generous performance bonuses

Location & Schedule



Part-time / freelance Monday to Friday Approx. 2-3 hours per day Fully remote Flexible hours (choose when you work)

Must be able to accommodate business hours within US time zones
