Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.
As an SDR, your primary goal will be to fuel our sales pipeline by identifying potential clients, making cold calls, chasing leads, and booking product demos. Once you're fully trained, you'll also have the opportunity to conduct your own demos and close deals--earning uncapped commission of up to
20,000
on top of your base salary.
What You'll Be Doing
Make high volumes of outbound calls to prospective B2B clients
Follow up on inbound leads and re-engage cold prospects
Book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate records in our CRM
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies
Once trained, lead your own demos and help close deals
What We're Looking For
A passionate and motivated individual who doesn't take no for an answer
Comfortable with rejection and confident on the phone
Highly consistent, target-driven, and self-motivated
Willing to go the extra mile to exceed targets
Ideally 1+ years of telesales or SDR experience, preferably in B2B tech
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A quick learner who's excited to grow within a dynamic company
What You'll Get
