- Participate in generating new sales leads, identifying business opportunities, and closing deals with potential customers.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, which includes responding to inquiries regarding our products and services.
- Nurture relationships with existing customers for repeat business and create referral opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to keep abreast of industry trends and company products.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities.
