Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join our Print & Mail Sales Office on 30 hours per week, supporting the smooth and accurate flow of customer orders from quotation through to production.
About the Role:
You'll support the Sales Office by:
Preparing quick, accurate quotations
Processing orders through to production
Creating clear works orders for the production team
Providing general administrative support
Your work ensures customer orders are handled promptly and production can meet deadlines.
About You:
We're looking for someone who:
Works well in a team
Communicates clearly with colleagues and customers
Has strong attention to detail
Manages tasks efficiently and accurately
Knowledge of printing processes is useful but not essential -- training is available for the right candidate.
Our Team:
You'll join a diverse team of 31 colleagues, including supported employees and volunteers, led by the site manager. We value adaptability, collaboration, and a positive approach to changing business needs.
