We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Duties
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, events & functions sheets and presentations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Assist with the processing of functions sheets and ensure timely communication with all departments.
Liaise with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team as required.
Support the development of sales strategies by analysing data and providing insights.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
A team player who can also work independently when required.
Previous experience in sales administration or related fields is advantageous but not essential.
