Lebronze alloys Group was born from the integration of different companies specializing in copper alloys, copper, nickel alloys, aluminium alloys, specialty steels, stainless steels, titanium and nickel superalloys.

Our 8 production facilities and 800 employees manage a unique range of metal processing technologies: continuous and semi-continuous casting, die precision chill casting (manual, mechanized and automated), extrusion, ring rolling, hot and cold rolling, drawing, open-die forging, close-die forging, hot stamping, cold forming, machining.

To target and develop new customers, whilst at the same time developing your knowledge of the groups products and services to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Our English site is a service centre. Its target is to become a real global distribution platform for all the Group products.

Located in Birmingham area (Aldridge)

Missions:


Identify business opportunities Identify potential customers or distributors and decision makers Define and identify commercial roles

Monitoring the customers / distributors and business development
Maintain contact with the clients through regular visits, emails, etc.

Link with the product managers, provide technical support to customers

Contact with the Design and Production offices to prepare and submit customer offers, presentation and adaptation of the technical and commercial offer according to clients' expectations
Negotiate with customers in accordance with the Group strategy (prices, deadlines and quantities)

Actively support and motivate our Key Accounts

Collecting information from customers to improve the content of the company's offerings (product evolution) and forms (product positioning and marketing presentation)

Participate to fairs, local events...

Promote image of the company on the British market and towards the customers,

Examine the competition to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company in relation to the market,

Guarantee customer satisfaction,

Profile:



At least 5 to 10 years experience as an internal sales executive for industrial products/companies

Very good knowledge of the local markets

At ease with reporting tools

Be the link between the Group and the UK site, develop the sense of belonging to LBA

Able to work in a multicultural company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
