We're looking for a
driven Sales Executive
to focus on new accounts from our office. You'll generate new business and expand existing accounts through
outbound calls, and emails
, building long-term relationships with key clients.
What You'll Do
Identify and engage
decision-makers
Build and manage a
pipeline of high-value leads
via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Prepare proposals
Close contracts for multiple
waste streams, bins, and collection frequencies
.
Keep CRM data up-to-date and collaborate with the
admin team
for smooth onboarding.
Track KPIs and report results to management.
Who You Are
Experience:
1-3 years in outbound B2B sales targeting decision-makers.
Skills:
Confident cold-calling, handling warm leads, and closing deals. Strong communicator over phone and email.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems.
Mindset:
Outbound-focused, resilient, results-driven, and professional. Treats sales as a craft -- reflective, focused, and always improving.
Location:
Based in or near Glasgow.
