The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions. The successful applicant must be aged 21 years or over for insurance purposes.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable product solutions.
Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Utilise Salesforce software to manage client interactions, track sales progress, and report on performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products or services.
Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare vehicles for collection and inspecting vehicles on delivery and return.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
Full UK driving licence is essential with no previous bans or coded restrictions
Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and best practices.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in using software applications, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
