Role Overview
This role centres on wedding sales--speaking directly with brides and grooms, tailoring packages, and ensuring every detail is handled with care. You'll also help build relationships with venues and suppliers and support the early growth of our new chauffeur venture. Daily collaboration with the marketing team is essential, and you'll play a key part in refining our CRM setup to improve the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Convert inbound wedding enquiries via phone, email, website, social media, directory, and showroom visits
Build strong relationships with clients, offering bespoke packages and upsells (e.g. champagne, ribbons, number plates)
Liaise with chauffeurs to ensure smooth execution of bookings
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise lead quality and campaign alignment
Help establish and maintain venue and supplier partnerships
Support the implementation and improvement of our new CRM system
Represent Phantom Hire at events, shows, and networking opportunities
Support the launch of our chauffeur business by building strategic relationships with corporate partners
Working Hours
Core hours: 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday (Birmingham showroom)
Flexibility required for out-of-hours and weekend work, especially during peak wedding season
About You
Must have experience in B2C sales (essential)
B2B experience desirable, especially in partnership-building roles
Background in the wedding, luxury, event, hospitality, or car hire/chauffeur sectors preferred
Excellent communicator--warm, persuasive, and client-focused
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with or helping to implement CRM systems
Collaborative, with a proactive attitude and a team mindset
UK driving licence preferred
