Word360 is an award winning language services company. We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a naturally confident and eloquent communication manner with super interpersonal skills. They must have resilience and a drive to succeed.
This candidate will form part of the inside sales team and be responsible for qualifying leads and processing quote requests from new clients as well as generating new enquiries.

Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and explore new relationships with prospective clients
Approach prospective companies and contact lapsed clients
Build rapport with clients over the phone and in person
Update and maintain the inhouse database, Hubspot
Help manage calendars and ensure you have generated leads for the team to meet sales targets
Support events and marketing projects
Use external and company data to identify opportunities and development.
Liaise with sales, service teams and third parties
Skills and Attributes Required
3 years experience working in a business development/sales environment
Must be competent in using HubSpot
A drive to achieve targets
Excellent communication skills, persuasive skills and objection handling
Ability to confidently liaise with third parties of all levels
Motivation to work autonomously
Be able to work in a past faced, deadline driven environment
Have outstanding customer service experience
Display a willingness to learn
