Due to continued expansion a vacancy has arisen for an experienced sales executive in our newly opened Polestar Dealership in Erdington selling predominantly used cars with a element of new.
Successful candidates must be able to provide evidence of a successful track record and possess exceptional communication and customer service skills. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be expected to follow a robust sales process, work well within a friendly team atmosphere and will be given extensive manufacturer training for you to succeed.

Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Deal with inbound sales enquiries in person, over the phone and via email.
Conduct outbound sales calls to generate additional sales leads.
Utilize Salesforce and CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales progress.
Communicate effectively in English.
Collaborate with team members to strategize and achieve sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
