Upgrade and Dealer Renewal executive

We are looking for a high-performing Upgrade and Dealer Renewal executive to join our ever-growing team, at our prestige office, the Rocket centre in Blackburn.

Warrantywise supply the highest quality extended vehicle warranties for all makes and models to private individuals as well as over 3000 independent dealer groups.

The last 12 months has seen us undergo huge growth that's taken the Warrantywise family from 50 to 140 people, and we plan to continue our rapid expansion during 2025 and beyond.

What does the role involve?



This role would suit someone who can work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment. You will be the main point of contact and you will be providing the customer with the best service possible every step of the way. Your role will entail;

Taking inbound calls from the Lead Generation team. Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls for current leads. Managing call backs and individual workload. Handling and overcoming objections for both Upgrade and Dealer Renewal customers. Hit monthly revenue/ sale targets. Upselling cover where necessary and informing customers of all possible options available. Abiding to GDPR. Exhausting and maximizing leads. Using your initiative when quoting customers for Renewal/Upgrades. Deliver excellent customer service. Working individually and as a team.
Providing you are committed and motivated to your role, you will have the potential to earn great commission with set KPI's.

We need someone energetic and dedicated to the role. As this is a challenging role, we need someone who is motivated to hit KPI's and doesn't let minor setbacks hinder their performance and has the ability to work unsupervised.

Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.

Full training will be provided.

Salary 23,809, OTE upto 40,000 (Uncapped).

This role is Monday to Friday between 09.00am and 19.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis.
