Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Sales Executive

to drive the growth of our

ventilation and mould remediation services

across the North of England. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in the property maintenance or housing sector who can utilise existing industry contacts to open new doors, particularly with

local councils, housing associations, and property management companies

.

You'll be at the forefront of expanding our domestic service offering, which includes the installation of

Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) systems, extractor fans, and comprehensive mould remediation solutions

.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on social housing providers, local authorities, and private sector housing organisations Leverage existing industry relationships to introduce our ventilation and mould remediation services Promote our expertise in solving condensation, damp, and mould issues through sustainable and effective solutions Develop tailored proposals and present to key stakeholders and procurement teams Represent the company at meetings, site visits, and relevant industry events Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, leads, and sales activity using CRM software Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements:



Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within property maintenance, ventilation, damp & mould treatment, or a related field Strong existing network within housing associations, councils, or facilities management companies Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills Knowledge of damp, condensation, and mould issues in domestic settings preferred Self-motivated and results-driven with a strategic mindset Full UK driving licence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-55,000.00 per year
