UPVC Spray Painters is a family-run business in the heart of Bradford, specialising in Domestic and commercial Spraying services nationwide. We are professional, agile, and social and our goal is to be the ultimate choice for our customer's spray painting needs, We work with some of the biggest companies in the UK from Hospitality to construction companies,

Position: Sales Executive

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Permanent, Part & full time available (36 months)

Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm (must be flexible to start earlier if needed)

Salary: 27,000 OTE upto 14, 400 per year.

What does a typical day look like?

- Client Interaction:Regularly communicate with new leads and existing clients to maintain relationships.

- Utilise various communication platforms

-Organise and manage contacts using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Ensure timely engagement with leads

- Performance Targets: Meet and exceed personal and team targets with the incentive of earning bonuses and potential promotions.

Required Work Experience:

- Must have experience in roles that require direct customer interaction such as sales, customer service, or similar fields is highly preferred.

- Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in various communication tools and technologies to manage client relationships effectively.

Skills:

- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

- Strong planning and organisational skills to manage a portfolio of leads and maintain high conversion rates.

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and take initiative to meet or exceed targets and KPI's
