Now, as we undergo an exciting restructure and expansion, we're looking for a Sales Executive to help build our brand and drive growth in both our telephone answering and live chat management services.

About the Role
As our new Sales Executive, you will:
As a Sales Executive, your role will be dynamic, varied, and rewarding. You will:
Make daily outbound B2B calls to engage potential clients, generate leads, and qualify opportunities
Utilise social media and LinkedIn
Attend business fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our services
Be creative in your selling approach - think outside the box
Record and manage your activity in Salesforce
Book and lead webinars or meetings with potential clients to showcase our solutions
Onboard new customers with professionalism and care
Work closely with our PA and Operations Teams to ensure top-tier service delivery
Achieve monthly revenue and activity targets
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to drive campaigns and generate leads
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience, ideally in B2B or service-based industries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets
Passion for building trust and delivering real value
