Proactively source new corporate, group, and event business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clients
Respond to sales enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
Develop and implement local sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the hotel
Collaborate with operations, revenue, and marketing teams to support business goals
Maintain and update CRM system with client activities and pipeline data
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales role within the
hospitality or hotel industry
(preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, with strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel/property management systems (e.g., Opera, Salesforce)
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
UK work authorization and fluent English required
