We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual with a positive attitude for our sales team. They will thrive in providing first class customer service and enjoy developing and maintaining long lasting relationships with our customers.
Whilst previous sales experience will be advantageous, candidates who have the drive and desire to develop their careers will also be considered.
We are open 7 days a week, however we understand that its important for our employees to have a healthy work life balance so this role averages a 5-day working week and will come with regular weekends off on a rota basis. Along with a minimum of 30 Days holiday entitlement per year which also increases with the length of service. For the right candidate we offer a competitive salary which is negotiable dependant on experience along with a realistic commission and bonus structure. In addition, we also offer a company car, pension scheme.
What will I be doing?
Organise and maintain the Showroom and used car pitch to manufacturer and company standards
Negotiate and conclude sales, completing all appropriate paperwork and documentation
Work towards monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Work closely with all departments ensuring customer satisfaction is met
To sell and promote the sale of all new and used vehicles in line with all aspects of manufacturer and company standards
Record all new and used sales enquires along with sales activity in the appropriate dealer system
Maintain a high level of product knowledge along with a detailed understanding of current dealer and manufacturer marketing programmes
Ensure the dealership achieves manufacturer and group standards and targets.
Support the sales team ensuring targets are achieved for new and used vehicles, finance products and a range of add-on products.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
