We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client within the home improvement industry, seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join their team in Ballycastle. If you have a strong background in sales and a passion for home design - particularly in kitchens and bathrooms - this is a fantastic opportunity to further your career.
This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start, working five days per week from 9:00 AM to 6:00PM, including alternate Saturdays. The successful candidate will receive a competitive starting salary of 30,000-35,000 per annum, plus commission, dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers in a friendly and timely manner when they enter the store.
• Ask the right questions to uncover and understand customer needs
• Assist customers with their bathroom product queries and offer advice.
• Produce customer proposals.
• Process orders.
• Increase sales and profitable growth in line with company targets.
• Exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Follow up customer leads in a timely manner by phone.
• Provide excellent customer service on telephone and in store.
• Develop a good understanding of all the product range and keep up to date with new products.

What We Need From You

• Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the bathroom, kitchen, or wider home improvement sector
• Confident using CRM systems and managing client records
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for hitting sales targets
