Job Description

```Duties```

Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients daily. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services. Identify and qualify sales opportunities through conversation and questioning. Set appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and outcomes in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospects. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets. Continuously improve through feedback and training.
```Skills```

Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales is a strong plus. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer tools. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
